How much does Skin Twins cost?
Skin Twins offers a free plan and a Pro subscription. The free plan includes core tracking with product limits, while Pro unlocks unlimited products, skin groups, and progress comparisons and analytics.
How does skin twin matching work?
We use profile information such as skin type, Fitzpatrick skin tone, and concerns to help surface similar users and shared routines. If another user has chosen to share their routine, you can view the steps they have made available.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your progress photos stay on your device by default, and community sharing is optional. We do not currently offer in-app data export or in-app account deletion, but you can contact us through this page if you need help with a privacy or deletion request.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
The app isn't working correctly. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected] with details about what's happening and we'll help you out.
