Welcome to Skin Twins. By using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Skin Twins app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Skin Twins is a skincare tracking and community app that allows you to:
- Track your daily AM and PM skincare routines
- Log skincare products you use
- Take and compare progress photos
- Connect with other users who have similar skin profiles
- Share and discover skincare routines
3. Account Registration
You may use Skin Twins anonymously or create an account. If you create an account:
- You must provide accurate information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Skin Twins offers both free and premium subscription options:
- Free Plan: Basic features with limited product tracking
- Pro Plan: Unlimited products, skin groups, and progress comparisons and analytics
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings or within the app.
Refunds: Payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple according to their refund policies.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create in Skin Twins (routines, photos, profile information). By sharing content with the community, you grant us a license to display that content to other users.
You agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Contains spam, advertising, or promotional material
- Impersonates another person
6. Medical Disclaimer
Skin Twins is not a medical service. The app is for informational and tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or dermatologist for medical concerns about your skin.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the app
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Use automated systems to access the app
9. Intellectual Property
The Skin Twins app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or its content without permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Skin Twins at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. If you want to request deletion of your account and associated server-side data, please contact us through our support page.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Skin Twins is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Skin Twins.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
